The Sabah Woods Neighborhood

The Sabah Woods Neighborhood was a partnership project with a generous private landowner, who provided four acres for year-round homes affordable to people working on Mount Desert Island. Located in Bar Harbor, just off Route 3, this landowner had four modular homes built on four acres, which were then offered for sale to qualified working households. IHT qualified the applicants and holds the affordability covenants on the properties.
