Island Housing Trust is excited to announce Ripples 3, the final phase of the Ripples Hill neighborhood in the Town of Mount Desert. This project will add 9 new homes for Mount Desert Island’s year-round workforce, providing much-needed stability for families who live and work in our community.

With two successful phases already completed, Ripples 3 represents the next step in our mission to create sustainable, permanently affordable housing solutions. These homes will be energy-efficient, built to last, and designed to strengthen our island’s year-round community.
